Thank you for your interest in taking voice lessons! I applaud you for taking steps to better your vocal technique or just wanting to try new things. Music is such a part of our daily lives and I love that I am able to help you mold your craft and find your voice.

Hi! I’m Cydney, Your voice teacher.

I am a vocal health enthusiast and dedicate my teachings to healthy vocal technique with a pedagogical approach. I also provide my students with a safe learning environment so that they can find their authentic voice and become more confident in who they are.

The Mission

The mission of CMW Sounds is to promote long lasting vocal agility. With the study of healthy vocal techniques. All the while equipping the student with the necessary tools to become a well rounded performer at the professional level.

We strive to provide world-class performance and vocal training to people of all backgrounds that is digestible, educational, and fun.

What type of teachings are offered in the studio?

If this is your first time scheduling with CMW Sounds, please choose the consultation option. Remember to check your email for a confirmation and further instructions.

  • All about getting to the nitty gritty: In your vocal technique. We will work on bringing out your most natural voice to be able to sing as consistently and healthily as possible.

    Also genre’s of music can be taught. Including Operatic, Musical theatre, Pop/Rock, Jazz, Gospel, and R&B.

    All lessons are virtual unless we have discussed meeting in person.

    Pop in Lessons:

    All lessons are offered with 30 or 45-minute time slots. These are for when you just need a brush up on some skills or want to start off simply before diving into Season lessons.

    Season Sessions:

    are broken up into quarter sessions. Choose this option for a continuous stream of lessons. This includes weekly 30-minute sessions for 3 months.

  • Performance Based: assists with the acting portion of your music. for all genres. especially Musical theatre, and Opera

    Diction-based: Helps with proper pronunciation of words. Especially for opera. Diction coaching is offered only in Spanish, and Italian.

  • Pop In Lessons

    One 45-minute lesson is $45

    One 45-minute Coaching $30

    3 lessons for 30 minutes $100

    3 lessons for 45 minutes $130

    Weekly lessons for one month, 30 minutes $200

    Weekly lessons for one month, 45 minutes $225

    Season Sessions

    • Winter Session

      January - March

    • Spring Session

      April - June

    • Summer Session

      July - September

    • Fall Session

      October - December

    To register for a session, registration opens on the 1st and closes on the 28th of each of the following months:

    • Winter Session: Jan-March

    • Spring Session: April -June

    • Summer Session: July-Sep

    • Fall Session: Oct-Dec

    $350 per session

    **Early registration discount of $15 if you register by the 20th of the month above.

  • Where do lessons take place?

    All lessons are Virtual

    What if I can’t pay all the money upfront?

    When paying through the link below, PayPal offers payment plan options directly through them. This allows them to be split into 4 over the course of 8 weeks. If that does not work for you, Email me directly and we will go from there.

    Do you accept any other forms of payment besides PayPal?

    Yes, Zelle. Payment must be received according to the studio policy.

    Can I buy lessons for a friend or family member?

    Yes! Just insert in the memo, Gift along with their first and last name, email and phone number. I will contact them with further details.

    How do discounts work?

    When you have received a discount off of your lesson’s, just email me before booking and I will adjust the price before you book. If you already purchased the lesson I will refund you the amount discounted.

    What is the Cancelation Policy?:

    There are no refunds on lesson purchases.

    Makeup’s are at the discretion of the teacher.
